We ship across India using reputable shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.
1. Shipping Timeline
- Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days of placing the order.
- Delivery timelines may vary between 5 to 12 working days based on your location.
- In rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to logistical challenges beyond our control. We appreciate your cooperation in such cases as we work to resolve them promptly.
- Undeliverable Orders: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional fees for re-delivery. Tini Huggs reserves the right to cancel the order if delivery attempts fail a maximum of 2 times.
2. Operational Days
- We currently operate and ship orders every day, including Sundays, to best serve our customers.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
- The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must not be used, washed, and must have all original tags attached.
- Exchanges are available only for the same product in a different size.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Products purchased during special offers are not eligible for exchanges, including size exchanges.
4. Tracking Details
- Once your order is shipped, an email with the tracking details will be sent to you for your convenience.
5. Cancellations
- No cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed.
