Thank you for choosing TiniHuggs for your little one’s essentials! We strive to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that you may need to request an exchange. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth process.


1. Unpacking Video Requirement

To help us resolve any issues effectively, we require an unpacking video for:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing items
  • Wrong order received

The video must clearly show the package should not be opened, the unpacking process, and the visible condition of the product. This helps us address your concerns promptly and efficiently.


2. Refund Policy

At TiniHuggs, refunds are not offered for any purchases. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations. Once the products are opened, they cannot be reused for another baby due to their sensitive skin.


3. Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, they should not be worn, washed and must have all tags attached.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are only available for the following reasons:
    • Wrong size received
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong order received
  • Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Exceptions:

  • Products that are purchased in the offer are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

4. Return Policy

No Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns under any circumstances except the above-mentioned return policies. Once the products are opened,  they cannot be reused for another baby due to their sensitive skin.


5. Replacement Policy

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product due to our error, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • A valid and clear unpacking video is required to process the replacement.
  • Replacement time period is 4-5 days.

6. Additional Information

  • This policy applies to all purchases made through TiniHuggs.
  • Products showing signs of wear, alterations, or washing cannot be exchanged or replaced.
  • We recommend reviewing size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchase.
